Areas open to shellfishing are subject to change. For current shellfishing information, call the municipal shellfish information line listed below for the municipality in which you intend to shellfish.
If the municipal shellfish information line does not provide the information you need, or is not listed below, please call the appropriate municipal health department, shellfish commission or clerk's office. Phone numbers can be obtained from the municipality's web site, which should be linked from the public access site web page for the site you intend to visit. (When viewing a municipality's web site, type the word 'shellfish' into the search feature to find the appropriate telephone number to call).
