City Pier, New London | Located in the heart of New London and serving as the focal point of the newly constructed linear waterfront park, the pier hosts cruise ships, fishing, and offers fantastic views of the Thames River. The accompanying waterfront park includes a 1/2 half mile improved promenade. The park hosts cultural and arts events throughout the summer and recreational facilities including public mooring and transient dock space, fishing piers, public art displays and a car-top boat access ramp.

| From the East: Take I-95 South to exit 84 South to Route 32 for 1.0 mile. Route 32 will become Eugene O'Neill Drive which you will take for another 0.4 miles. Then make a left onto State Street. Continue to the end of State Street to the City Pier. |

| From the West: Take I-95 North to exit 83. Stay straight onto Huntington Street, follow for 0.6 miles. Make a left onto Governor Winthrop Boulevard. Next make a right onto Water Street, follow for 0.2 miles. Then make a left onto State Street. Continue on to the end of State Street to the City Pier. |
