Mago Point Park, Waterford
This small park on River Street overlooks Niantic River Bay. Picnic tables and benches provide a pleasant spot for lunch or a place to rest after fishing. This site is also the venue for the Town's summer concert series. Call the Parks and Recreation Department for event dates.

 Directions
From the East: Take I-95 South to Exit 81. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Parkway North and proceed .5 miles. Next, turn left onto Cross Road and continue 1 mile. At the intersection of Route 1/Boston Post Road, continue straight and embark upon Spithead Road, and then follow 1.7 miles. Make a sharp right turn onto Route 156/Rope Ferry Road, and proceed 1.2 miles. Then, turn right onto West Street, and continue .1 mile. Take a left onto Niantic River Road, and follow .1 mile. Turn right onto River Street and follow .2 miles. Mago Point Park is at the end of the street.

From the West: Take I-95 North to Exit 72. At the end of the exit ramp, continue straight to embark upon the Rocky Neck Connector and proceed .5 miles (to its end). Next, turn left onto Route 156/West Main Street (which becomes Main Street) and follow 4.1 miles. Turn left onto West Street (after the bridge and the respective Waterford Town line), and continue .1 mile. Turn left onto Niantic River Road and proceed .1 mile, then take a right onto River Street and proceed .2 miles. Mago Point Park is at the end of the street.
