Pleasure Beach, Waterford
Pleasure beach provides approximately 100 feet of Long Island Sound beach frontage with beautiful views of Long Island Sound.  The parking lot is located 100 feet across the street from the site entrance, or about 5 houses to the north (approximately 100 yards).  Lifeguard on duty daily from mid-June through Labor Day.

From the East: Take I-95 South to exit 82. Turn left onto Route 85/Hartford Road. Turn right onto Jefferson Avenue. Turn right onto Chester Street. Chester Street will become Fog Plain Road. Turn left onto Clark Lane. Turn right onto Boston Post Road. Turn slight left onto Route 156/Rope Ferry Road. Turn left onto Great Neck Road. Turn right onto Goshen Road. Goshen Road becomes Shore Road. Turn left onto Shore Road.

From the West: Take I-95 North to exit 72. Continue straight onto Rocky Neck Connector. Then turn left onto Route 156/West Main Street for 4.7 miles. Turn right on Gardiners Wood Road. Turn left onto Jordan Cove Road. Turn right onto Shore Road.
