Jennings Beach offers visitors a large sandy beach with great views of Long Island Sound. The Henry Rowland Memorial Playground is just across the parking lot. Also located nearby is Ash Creek Open Space for those visitors who are interested in launching their boats.

 Directions
From the East: Take I-95 South. Take the Route 135/ North Benson Road exit 22 and continue 0.15 miles. Turn left onto North Benson Road/ Route 135 and continue 0.22 miles. Turn right onto Boston Post Road/ US-1 and continue 0.21 miles. Turn right onto South Benson Road which runs into Jennings Beach. At the stop sign merge to the left at the fork. Follow this road and the entrance to Jennings Beach will be on the right.

From the West: Take I-95 North. Take the Mill Plain Road exit 21 and continue 0.21 miles. Turn right onto Mill Plain Road and continue 0.19 miles. Turn left onto Boston Post Road/ US-1 and continue 0.38 miles. Turn right onto South Benson Road which runs into Jennings Beach. At the stop sign merge to the left at the fork. Follow this road and the entrance to Jennings Beach will be on the right.
