Norwalk River Medical Offices is an undeveloped waterfront easement/parcel along the Norwalk River expected to be improved in 2015 with a waterfront walkway.

From the East: Take I-95 South to Exit 16. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto East Avenue and proceed .1 mile. Turn left into the driveway at 148 East Avenue (in which a large sign indicates the site as being "148 Riverview East" and which is directly across the street from the entrance to Eversley Avenue). The parcel is behind the office building and behind its corresponding parking lot (west of the medical facility, but adjacent to it and to the river).
