Grace Salmon Park is a municipal park that offers views up and down the Saugatuck River.  Ample parking at this site provides access to a perimeter trail lined with park benches.  The large lawn area provides excellent picnicking opportunities.  The site contains tidal wetlands and intertidal flats. To help you reach Grace Salmon Park, some routes leading to this site are posted with the brown and white Long Island Sound Access sign Long Island Sound Access sign.

From the East: Take I-95 South. Take the Route 33, exit 1 to Route 136/Westport/Saugatuck and continue 0.21 miles. Turn right onto Saugatuck Avenue/Route 33 and continue 0.09 miles. Turn left onto Charles Street and continue 0.20 miles. Turn left onto Riverside Avenue/Route 136 and continue 0.14 miles. Turn right onto Bridge Street/Route 136 and continue 0.21 miles. Turn left onto Imperial Avenue.

From the West: Take I-95 North. Take the Route 136 exit 17 to Route 33/Westport/Saugatuck and continue 0.27 miles. Turn slight left onto Saugatuck Avenue/Route 136. Continue to follow Route 136 for 0.37 miles. Turn right onto Bridge Street/Route 136 and continue 0.21 miles. Turn left onto Imperial Avenue.
