East Shore Park offers a harbor setting with something for everyone. The harbor setting is ideal for fishing. Walkways allow for strolling through the park itself. The paved asphalt walkways are primarily suited toward visual access of New Haven Harbor, as there is only one access point directly to the harbor. Bring binoculars and enjoy watching the birds and wildlife. The park has a playground for children, and it also has park benches. A seasonal food concession is available, in addition to a limited number of picnic tables. Sanitary facilities are available.
