Behind the Delamar Hotel, there is a walkway along the edge of the water with views of Greenwich Harbor and Smith Cove.  There is a small area with benches that the public can use to sit and view the water.  Public parking lot across street.

From the East: Take I-95 South. Take exit 3, which is the Arch Street exit. Turn left onto Arch Street and continue 0.23 miles. Turn right onto Steamboat Road and continue 0.03 miles. The Greenwich Harbor Inn is on the right and there are city parking meters on the left side of the street.

From the West: Take I-95 North. Take the Arch Street, which is exit 3 to Greenwich and continue 0.17 miles. Turn right onto Arch Street and continue 0.13 miles. Turn right onto Steamboat Road and continue 0.03 miles. The Greenwich Harbor Inn is on the right and there are city parking meters on the left side of the street.
