This 3.6 acre parcel is located on Palmer Cove in the Tanglewood Subdivision, and contains a play area and unimproved small boat launch.  This open space area offers panoramic views of Palmer Cove.  A vehicle turn-around is provided.  Limited parking is available.  Town-owned.

Groton, Connecticut
From the East: Take I-95 South to exit 89. Make a left onto Mystic Street. Stay straight onto Allyn Street, follow for 1.2 miles. Allyn Street will become West Mystic Avenue. Continue on West Mystic Avenue for 0.4 miles. Turn right onto Noank Road (Route 215), follow for 1.4 miles. Make a slight right onto Brook Street, continue for 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Seneca Drive, and Tanglewood Open Space will be on your right.
From the West: Take I-95 North to exit 88, which is Route 117 to Noank/Groton Long Point. Turn right onto Route 117/North Road. Turn left onto Fort Hill Road/US-1. Turn slight right onto Route 215/Groton Long Point Road. Turn right onto Brook Street. Turn left onto Seneca Drive.

Parts of the site offering views of the water are wheelchair accessible. Some facilities/uses listed may not be fully accessible to the mobility-impaired.
