Located on Water Street in the historic Fort Rachel area of Mystic, this facility includes a small boat launch and dock (no overnight docking allowed).  Limited unimproved parking across the street at Burrows Place.  Town-owned.

From the East: Take I-95 South to exit 89. Turn left onto Mystic Street/Route 614. Follow until you reach West Main Street. Turn left onto West Main Street. Turn slight right onto New London Road. Follow until intersection with Route 215. Turn left onto Water Street.
