Kosciuszko Park is a 7-acre waterfront peninsula park that contains a wide walkway around the perimeter, which encircles ball fields and a children's playground. Narrower loop trails extend down closer to the water. The site has plenty of parking and does not require a fee or sticker to access. There is a sign marking the entrance to Kosciuszko Park.

From the East: Take I-95 South. Take exit 7 to Route 137 N/Atlantic Street and continue 0.31 miles. Turn right onto Canal Street. Turn left onto North State Street, follow for 0.42 miles. Turn left onto Washington Boulevard and continue 0.53 miles. Turn left onto Pacific Street. Turn right onto Dyke Lane. Stay on Dyke Lane. for 0.19 miles. Dyke Lane becomes Elmcroft Road. Site at end of street.

From the West: Take I-95 North. Take exit 7, Greenwich Avenue to Route 137 North and continue 0.19 miles. Turn slight left onto South State Street continue 0.18 miles. Turn right onto Washington Boulevard continue 0.50 miles. Turn left onto Pacific Street. Turn right onto Dyke Lane. Stay on Dyke Lane. for 0.19 miles. Dyke Lane becomes Elmcroft Road. Site at end of the street.
