Village Square Waterfront Walkway, Westport
Enjoy Village Square Waterfront Walkway by walking along the tidal river and observing the array of waterfowl in this urban setting.  This is a nice place to take a lunch break or for a break during a day of shopping in downtown Westport.  Benches are provided. To help you reach Village Square Waterfront Walkway, some routes leading to this site are posted with the brown and white Long Island Sound Access sign Long Island Sound Access sign.

From the East: Take I-95 South. Take exit 18 to Sherwood Island State Park and continue 0.16 miles. Take the ramp to US-1/Westport and continue 0.09 miles. Take Sherwood IslandConnector/Route 476 North and continue 0.98 miles. Turn left onto Post Road E/US-1 South and continue 1.39 miles. Turn right onto Main Street and continue 0.19 miles

From the West: Take I-95 North. Take US 7 North via exit 15 to Norwalk/Danbury and continue 1.81 miles. Take the Route 136 exit 17 to Route 33/Westport/Saugatuck and continue 0.27 miles. Turn slight left onto Saugatuck Avenue/Route 136. Continue to follow Saugatuck Avenue and continue 0.41 miles. Saugatuck Avenue becomes Riverside Avenue/Route 33 and continue 1.21 miles. Turn right onto US-1/Post Road Westand continue 0.13 miles. Turn left onto Parker Harding Plz. and continue 0.23 miles.
