Enjoy panoramic views of a healthy salt marsh and Fishers Island Sound at the terminus of a 500 foot path with boardwalk over freshwater wetlands.  Park on grassy area along street opposite of site. To help you reach Wamphassuc West Subdivision Marsh Overlook, some routes leading to this site are posted with the brown and white Long Island Sound Access sign Long Island Sound Access sign.

 Directions
From the West: Take I-95 North to exit 90. Take the Route 27 South ramp to Downtown/Seaport. Turn right on Greenmainville Avenue/Route 27, follow for 1.6 miles. Turn slight left onto US-1, continue to 2.3 miles. Make a right onto Wamphassuc Point Road at the base of the hill. Cross railroad tracks. Wamphassuc West Subdivision will be up the road about a mile on the right. Look for a brown and white public access sign.
