Spencer's Creek Preserve, Guilford
Spencer's Creek Preserve is a small site with a variety of natural habitats.  Walk through uplands and an open meadow near the wetlands along Spencer Creek.  Park at Cox School .25 miles north of the site.  Trail to wetlands is not always easy to follow and visitors may need to exercise caution when exploring this site, especially at high tide when high water may impeded access to marsh.

From the East: Take I-95 South to Exit 58. Turn left off the exit onto Route 77 South (Church Street). Travel south on Route 77 for approximately 0.6 miles. Next, turn right onto US Route 1 (Boston Post Road). Travel on Route 1 for approximately 0.4 miles. Then, turn left onto Three Mile Course Road. Travel on Three Mile Course Road for approximately 0.4 miles. The trail entrance to Spencerís Creek Preserve is in a wooded area on the left.
From the West: Take I-95 North to Exit 57. Turn right onto Route 1/Boston Post Road and continue .7 miles. Then, turn right onto Three Mile Course Road and continue .4 miles. Spencer Creek Preserve is on the left.
