Small salt marsh overlook with parking for two cars.  A 50 foot gravel walkway defines the public access area.  Parking area is on right 0.30 miles from a railroad crossing on Latimer Point Road past the "private road" sign. To help you reach Latimer Point Subdivision Saltmarsh Overlook, some routes leading to this site are posted with the brown and white Long Island Sound Access sign Long Island Sound Access sign.

From the West: Take I-95 North to exit 90 to Mystic Aquarium. Take the Route 27 ramp to Downtown. Turn right onto Greenmanville Avenue, follow for 1.6 miles. Turn slight left onto Williams Avenue, follow for 0.8 miles. Then make a right onto Latimer Point Road.
