This site, comprised of a pier and adjacent stone-dust pathway (on the developed shorefront), provides spectacular views of New Haven Harbor.  Visitors are able to enjoy the vista and may utilize the pier for fishing activities.  Parking is available at The Sound School lot at the end of Sea Street only after 3 p.m. or when school is not in session.Street parking is limted.

 Directions
From the East: Take I-95 South to Exit 46. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and proceed .8 miles (on Sargent Drive). Then turn let onto Howard Avenue and continue .2 miles. Next, turn left onto South Water Street, and follow for .2 miles. Park along the street or in the school parking lot after 3 p.m. or when school is not in session. Pier is on the right (south side) of The Sound School, and the path, which begins adjacent to the pier, extends around the perimeter of the school and terminates on the northern side of the school at the parking lot.
