The site has a bench for seating.  Vegetation restricts the view from spring through fall.  Easy pedestrian access is available via the Route 1/Route 154 Intersection.

 Directions
From the East: I-95 South to Exit 68. Proceed straight, heading toward Route 1 for .9 miles. Turn left onto Route 154/Boston Post Road, and follow for .4 miles. Proceed straight on U.S. Route 1 for 1.3 miles. Turn left onto Route 154/Old Boston Post Road and then make an almost immediate right turn into the gravel-covered parking lot. Overlook location is behind the first building and at the back of the parking lot (adjacent to the building at the rear of the property).

From the West: I-95 North to Exit 66. Turn right onto Route 166/Spencer Plain Road, and then turn left onto U.S. Route 1/Boston Post Road. Follow Route 1 for 1.4 miles. Turn right onto Route 154/Boston Post Road, and travel into the first driveway on the right. Overlook location is behind the first building and at the back of the parking lot (adjacent to the building at the rear of the property).
