This site offers access along the docks at Steamboat Wharf from Route 1 to the adjacent Mystic Art Association property.  Benches are provided and parking is also available (parking fee charged during some hours).  As these docks are associated with the Steamboat Wharf Condominiums, consideration of the rights and privacy of the residents is requested.  Privately-owned.

 Directions
From the East: Take I-95 South to exit 89. After getting off the exit take a left onto Mystic Street/ Route 164. Follow until it crosses with Main Street where you will take a left. Follow Main Street and the wharf will be on your left before the bridge.
