This site provides dinghy access to downtown Mystic for transient boaters on the Mystic River (no overnight dinghy tie-ups allowed!). A bench at the site provides a quiet place to relax and enjoy views of the Mystic River. Limited parking on Holmes Street is available. Additional parking is available on Frazier and Forsyth Streets and on 10 Broadway Avenue at the 4th District Voting Hall. Site accessible for handicapped by means of curb cut about 150-200ft down sidewalk. To help you reach Mystic River Dinghy Dock and Viewing Area, some routes leading to this site are posted with the brown and white Long Island Sound Access sign.

 Directions
From the East: Take I-95 South to Exit 90. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Route 27/Whitehall Avenue (which becomes Greenmanville Avenue) and proceed _ miles. Next, turn right onto Holmes Street and continue _ miles. The site is to the right after Frazier Street (but before Forsyth Street). Park on Holmes Street, or turn left immediately before the site onto Frazier Street, and park along the street, or travel past the site, and turn left onto Forsyth Street, in order to locate parking. If parking is still not available, turn left immediately before the site onto Frazier Street, and follow _ miles (to its end). Next, turn left onto Willow Street and continue _ miles. Take a right onto School Street, and then take the immediate first right onto Broadway Avenue, and continue _ miles. Parking is available on the _ at the 4th District Voting Hall's parking lot.
