A stone/dust path extends from Water Street to a bench area adjacent to the Mystic River, providing scenic views of marinas and the river itself in historic Mystic.   Access is confined exclusively to the path. All other areas of the ste are privately-owned and not open to the public.

 Directions
From the East: Take I-95 South to Exit 89. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Route 614/Mystic Street (which becomes Allyn Street), and follow 1.4 miles. At the intersection of Route 1/New London Road, turn left, and proceed .1 mile. Next, turn right onto New London Road exclusively, and continue another .1 mile. Turn right onto Water Street, and park on-street, or turn left and continue .1 mile and park at the Mystic Arts Center parking lot (for a fee). To access the walkway, turn left out of the parking lot, and traverse approximately .2 miles south. The entrance is on the left.
